Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I view prices online? 
Once you register an account on our website. We will then contact you to get your reseller or tax id information. When we approve your account, you will then be able to login and view prices online. 

 

2. What methods of payments do you accept

We accept payment by credit card (processed by paypal), check, or money order. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will email you an invoice requesting payment through paypal. Please note that the total amount at checkout does not include shipping charges. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please leave a note in the checkout process. Once we approve your order, we will contact you to mail us the check or money order to New Style Socks & Underwear Inc. Once the check have been cleared, we will send out the merchandise to you.

 

3. What are your minimum order? 
Our minimum order is $100.

4. How do you ship your products? 
We usually use UPS for all domestic shipments. If you request a different trucking company to use for your shipment, you can leave a note during the checkout process including the name of the truking company and their telephone number. Feel free to contact us through email or phone concerning your shipments.


5. How can I know the shipping cost? 
If you ship by UPS, once we receive your order and ready to ship, we will contact you to let you know your total shipping charges.
 

6. Do you offer phone orders? 
Yes, simply call us at Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm Easten Time and we will be happy to assist you.
